Free on every order. No minimum, no thresholds, no surprise charges at checkout.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 5–7 business days from dispatch. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll get the tracking link by email as soon as the parcel moves.

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the EU.

30-day comfort guarantee

Wear them. Run in them. Wash them. If Pentoe socks aren't for you, you have 30 days from delivery to tell us.

Email info@brighttails.store with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work. We'll arrange a return or refund — no forms to fill in and no restocking fee.

Exchanges

Wrong length or colour? Same email, same 30 days. We send the replacement as soon as the exchange is confirmed rather than making you wait for the return to arrive first.

Order changes

Need to change an address or cancel? Email us within a few hours of ordering and we'll catch it before dispatch. Once the carrier scans a parcel we can no longer redirect it, but the 30-day guarantee still applies.
